Casino Del Sol Conference Center
5655 W. Valencia Rd. Tucson, AZ 85757

2025 THEME: CITIES
Check out the schedule of events here!

ONLINE BADGE SALES ARE NOW CLOSED. You’ll be able to buy your badge onsite for the same price as online: $72 for a weekend badge, $35 for minigamers ages 6-12, with single-day tickets also available. The casino will also have full meals on offer right in the conference center, and we’ll have deeply discounted tickets on sale (until supplies run out).  Your savings will be ~30% off the cash prices w/tax that the casino will charge onsite, and you won’t have to walk all the way to the various food venues in the casino area.  Each ticket will be good throughout the weekend for one meal or beverage of the designated type on any day it’s available (no breakfast on Friday, no dinner on Sunday). Click here to see the menu and hours. SEE YOU THIS WEEKEND!!

We built this city on 🪨 AND 🎲!!

RinCon is an annual 3-day tabletop gaming convention hosted by the Southern Arizona Gamers’ Association, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.  RinCon 2025 will be held at the Casino Del Sol Conference Center on tribal lands of the Pascua Yaqui people

  • Saturday 10/4: registration desk opens at 8, scheduled events go from 9:00AM to midnight
  • Sunday 10/5: registration desk opens at 8:30, scheduled games go from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, RinCon wrap-up event at 5:00-6:00, convention ends at 6:00 PM

HOW TO GET TO RINCON
This map shows how to get to the free parking garage adjacent to the conference center.  The Del Sol hotel tower is the orange building, and the Estrella hotel tower is the pink.  Make sure to check which tower your reservation is for; their systems are separate, and you can only check in at the tower you’re staying in. After parking, enter the casino through the covered walkway, turn left, and you’re at the Conference Center. Registration desk is right through the glass doors.

SIGN UP TO PLAY GAMES AT RINCON 2025
Check out all your options here! Once you’ve purchased your RinCon2025 badge, we’ll get your ticket uploaded to the Sched site – we do a mass upload every evening. Then, if you haven’t yet signed into Sched, you’ll need to do so to create your schedule and to check into your game sessions.  To create a new account, go to https://sched.com/signup, and BE SURE THE EMAIL YOU USE TO CREATE THE ACCOUNT IS THE SAME ONE YOU USED TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKET, OR THE SYSTEM WON’T SEE YOUR TICKET.  To sign in on an existing account, go to https://sched.com/login and then click on RinCon25.  Then, under the My Account menu, you need to change your profile to public if you want your crew to be able to see your schedule and sign up with you, and for your GM and tablemates to know who’s playing with them.  And go ahead and put in a photo and a quick bio to personalize your account profile.

VOLUNTEER BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER THE CONVENTION
There are still a few shifts that need volunteers – feel free to look through the options below. For every four hours of volunteering, you’ll get one day of your badge free, whether you help out before, during, or after the convention.  You can also accrue hours for a badge for a friend or family member, so the sky’s the limit! RinCon is a 100% volunteer-run event; we truly appreciate how the community comes together to make it all happen! Sign up for volunteer slots in the following areas:

Registration desk at RinCon: Check people in, help with onsite purchase of badges and RinCon merchandise, answer general questions

Games HQ at RinCon: Help attendees find and check into their games, lend out assistive items to make gaming better/easier, track team game

Games Library/Play-to-Win Area at RinCon: Help attendees sign out board games and enter the drawings

RinCon Rover (general roving helper) at RinCon: General logistics help throughout the event

RUNNING GAMES AT RINCON
The GM submission site is now closed. If you’ve got a game that you’d like to share, bring it! You can set up at one of the open gaming tables (the ones with the white tablecloths) anytime during the convention, and go to Games HQ to pick up a Players Wanted sign to show that you’re looking for more folks to join in.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The deadline for our hotel room block has officially passed; all remaining rooms in our block have been released to the general hotel reservation pool. There’s a Kevin Hart comedy show at Ava Amphitheater that weekend, so the hotel *will* sell out. It is possible that our casino event coordinator may still be able to get us reservations under our block rate – please contact us here or through the Discord to inquire. Also, if you need to cancel your reservation, PLEASE don’t just cancel it. Find a friend who hasn’t made their reservation yet, post in the Discord, or contact us and let us know, and the hotel is happy to transfer your reservation to a RinCon attendee who needs it. If you just cancel, the room also goes back to the general hotel reservation pool instead of our block, and will likely get snapped up by a comedy fan.
