The RinCon 2026 schedule is now viewable!
We’re still making small tweaks and additions, but you can start thinking about what you want to play, what’s missing from the lineup (you can still submit games to the schedule here until 9/24 at 10PM!), or what you want to bring and play at an open gaming table during the convention. If you’re already hosting a game, go ahead and check your schedule by typing your name in the search bar.
When can I start signing up for games?
Sign-ups will open this Sunday, 9/20 at 2:00 PM. Set yourself an alarm!
When will I get my GM/volunteer discount code?
We’re working our way through the list as quickly as we can. If you’ve submitted games or are signed up to volunteer, be on the lookout for an email from our team – we may need you to answer a question before sending you a code for the right amount. The faster you respond, the faster you get your code. 🙂
Can I still get a discounted badge?
Absolutely! There are volunteer shifts still available – take a look here to see what we need. And thank you – it takes a community to run a convention!
Where can I buy my RinCon badge?
Our ticketing site is here. You can also get your meal buffet tickets there – much more convenient than leaving the conference center to get your meals! ONLINE BADGE SALES CLOSE ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27th, but you can buy your badge in person at the door at RinCon.
How do I get registered on the schedule site?
We’ll be transferring all the ticket-holders’ information to sched.com tomorrow evening (it may be late, we’ve got day jobs…). Then every evening thereafter we’ll add the information for all new purchases that have come in that day. This will automatically generate an email with instructions for you.
How do I get a hotel room for the convention?
You can find instructions for how to make your reservation here.THE DEADLINE IS THIS SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19th, so don’t delay! If you need to call in to book your room, PLEASE make sure that your reservation is associated with the RinCon / Southern AZ Gamers’ Association block. We get contract benefits for each room booking associated with our event. Thank you!!
How do I get to RinCon?
This map shows how to get to the free parking garage adjacent to the conference center. The Del Sol hotel tower is the orange building, and the Estrella hotel tower is the pink. If you have hotel reservations, make sure to check which tower your reservation is for; their systems are separate, and you can only check in at the tower where you’re staying. After parking in the free garage, enter the casino through the covered walkway, turn left, and you’re at the Conference Center.
What are the hours of RinCon?
Friday 10/2: Registration opens at 10AM, scheduled programming 11AM – midnight
Saturday 10/3: Registration opens at 8AM, scheduled programming 9AM – midnight
Sunday 10/4: Registration opens at 8:30AM, scheduled programming 9AM – 6PM
