…to sign up to run games!
Got a favorite game you want to get to the table? Sign up here to host it at RinCon! Submissions received by September 7th are eligible for a GM discount on your badge, and submissions will close on September 24th. For every eligible 4 hours of programming that you run, you get one day of your badge for free. You can run sessions in the Women’s Space, the Kids’ Track, or on the main BG or RPG gaming floor. This is the best way to be sure you (and other attendees) get to play something truly LEGENDARY! If you are planning to run games, don’t buy your badge yet, wait until we send you your discount code!
…to volunteer!
RinCon is a 100% volunteer-run event; we truly appreciate how the community comes together to make it all happen! For every four hours of volunteering, you’ll get one day of your badge free, whether you help out before, during, or after the convention. You can also accrue hours for a badge for a friend or family member, so the sky’s the limit! Click here to go to our volunteer sign-up page.
…to reserve your hotel room!
Our hotel room block is open until September 19th, with special block rates for RinCon attendees. Click here to see the instructions from the hotel. When making your room reservation, you can either book online or call in. If you need to call (e.g., you want to book extra nights before/after the event, you need an ADA-compliant or other specific room type, you can get better rates from casino membership, etc.) PLEASE make sure that your reservation is associated with the RinCon/Southern AZ Gamers’ Association block. We get contract benefits for each room booking associated with our event. Thank you!!

Early-bird pricing ($12 discount on your weekend pass!) is in effect until Monday, August 24th, so don’t delay! Click here to go to our sales site. And you can also get your meal tickets – grab’n’go buffets at all meal breaks. Details about how the meal tickets work and what delicious options will be on offer can be found here. Forget about the lines at the casino restaurants, and get back to gaming! Meal tickets will need to be pre-purchased, although there may be a limited number available onsite.
