We’ve got all kinds of premium programming with prizes, gifts, and snacks; from a 2-table bespoke Aliens RPG, to a murder mystery LARP, to a blinged-out session of Pirates of the High Teas (Emily Vincent, RinCon 2024 special guest), we’ve got a little of everything! BUY YOUR RINCON 2026 BADGE
Ticket sales are now open! Click here to go to our sales website. Early-bird pricing ($12 discount on your weekend pass!) is in effect until August 24th, so don’t delay! And you can also get your meal tickets – grab’n’go buffets at all meal breaks. Details about how the meal tickets work and what delicious options will be on offer can be found here. Forget about the lines at the casino restaurants, and get back to gaming! Meal tickets will need to be pre-purchased, although there may be a limited number available onsite.
VOLUNTEER BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER THE CONVENTION
RinCon is a 100% volunteer-run event; we truly appreciate how the community comes together to make it all happen! For every four hours of volunteering, you’ll get one day of your badge free, whether you help out before, during, or after the convention. You can also accrue hours for a badge for a friend or family member, so the sky’s the limit! Click here to go to our volunteer sign-up page.
RUNNING GAMES AT RINCON
This is the other way to support the convention. For every 4 hours of programming that you run, you get one day of your badge for free. Click here to submit your game sessions! The theme this year is Myth and Legend, so if you’ve got a favorite game or adventure that would be on point, you can help us make RinCon 2026 EPIC! As always, though, the only rule is to run what you love.
RESERVE YOUR HOTEL ROOM
Our hotel room block is open, with special block rates for RinCon attendees. Click here to see the instructions from the hotel. When making your room reservation, you can either book online or call in. If you need to call (e.g., you want to book extra nights before/after the event, you need an ADA-compliant or other specific room type, you can get better rates from casino membership, etc.) PLEASE make sure that your reservation is associated with the RinCon/Southern AZ Gamers’ Association block. We get contract benefits for each room booking associated with our event. Thank you!!
