LAST CHANCE to buy RinCon badges and meal tickets online

If you waited until the last minute, it’s NOW!!!

Sunday, September 28th at 11:59PM is the DEADLINE to buy your RinCon badge or any meal or beverage tickets online!  Click here to go to our ticketing website.  Badges will be available for in-person purchase at the convention, and we may have a few meal tickets for sale as well.  But wouldn’t you rather just not worry about anything once you get onsite?  Meal tickets through us are discounted ~30% off of onsite casino pricing at the concessions area right in the conference center – that’s a screamin’ deal, if you ask us!

The deadline for our hotel room block has officially passed; all remaining rooms in our block have been released to the general hotel reservation pool. There’s a Kevin Hart comedy show at Ava Amphitheater that weekend, so the hotel *will* sell out. It is possible that our casino event coordinator may still be able to get us individual reservations under our block rate – please contact us here or through the Discord to inquire.  Also, if you need to cancel your reservation, PLEASE don’t just cancel it. Find a friend who hasn’t made their reservation yet, post in the Discord, or contact us and let us know, and the hotel is happy to transfer your reservation to a RinCon attendee who needs it. If you just cancel, the room also goes back to the general hotel reservation pool instead of our block, and will likely get snapped up by a comedy fan.

The games submission site will be closing tonight (Thursday 9/25) at 10PM.  If you’ve looked through the schedule and thought, “There’s something missing, I’d like to play/teach…” then get that submission to us today, and we’ll get it in the schedule.  Otherwise, feel free to bring the game, and play it at one of the open gaming tables at RinCon (the ones with white tablecloths).

One more thing – to all the wonderful folks who have already purchased their RinCon badges, your info has been uploaded to Sched, and an invitation email has gone out to you.  Open the email, click the link at the BOTTOM of the message, and get yourself logged into your Sched account.  If you’re a first-time RinCon attendee, you’ll need to create an account, and if you’re a returning attendee you may need to create a new password.  Any badges purchased during the day will be uploaded to Sched in the evening, and you’ll get your invitation email at that point.  And don’t forget to set up your profile, including your privacy settings!
