IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: GAME DAY RESCHEDULED
Heyyyyyyyy, gamers!
First, the immediately important news – the fundraiser game day that was going to be on Saturday, April 25thHAS BEEN MOVED TO SUNDAY, MAY 17th! It’ll be the usual hours, 10AM to 10PM: come when you can, leave when you must, donate what you’d like (suggested $5-10). So what happened; why the change? Just days after we had made our initial contract for the space and announced it to all you wonderful folks, we found out that MeepleFest Mini up in Mesa was going to be happening the very same weekend. We wanted to be sure that anyone who wanted to attend both events was able to do so, and immediately opened conversation with the casino conference center to see about moving our date. We’ve been trying to work with them on finalizing this since late March, but due to Pascua Yaqui tribal traditions, their office closes completely for weeks surrounding Easter and we weren’t able to get things finalized until literally today. We apologize for the short notice on this change, and we hope you can still make it!
FUNDRAISER FAMILY GAME DAY
SUNDAY, MAY 17th 10AM – 10PM

At this event, we’ll be highlighting all the great RPGs you love to play! We’ll have private space set aside for a ticketed Premium RPG or two with table swag, mood-setting special effects, and treats and gift bags for the players (more details to come, keep an eye on socials and the webpage) as well as tables to run pick-up sessions of whatever’s your favorite game these days. Post in the looking-for-players channel of the RinCon Discord about what you’d be interested in bringing, or in the looking-for-game channel about what you wish someone would run. Not on the Discord? Here’s the link. And of course we’ll be bringing our board game library, and we’ll have plenty of tables for you to play whatever your heart desires, and there will be raffles running all day long. And as if that’s not enough, There will also be a make-and-take craft table where you can create your own custom gamer swag. Who could ask for more?
