(Late Post) Important RinCon announcements

AZ gaming events, RinCon announcements

Greetings, and happy July to all you tabletop gamers!  We’ve got some important announcements and dates, as well as information about events across southern AZ, so buckle up!

First, though, is the big news – after some behind-the-scenes coding magic (thanks John and Tony!!), the game submissions site for RinCon (Oct 3-5) is NOW OPEN! We’ve found that the Firefox browser doesn’t always play nicely, so please use Chrome, Safari, or Edge. Visit the submission site to get started earning your free or discounted badge – for every 4 hours of game session that you run, you’ll get one day free.

The hotel has also given us the instructions the RinCon hotel block.   MAKE YOUR RESERVATION EARLY!!  There’s a Kevin Hart comedy show at Ava Amphitheater that weekend, and they’re likely to be in a full sell-out situation earlier than usual.  This means that we’ll only be able to add rooms to our block if WE SELL OUT EARLY – so go ahead and make that happen!  🙂

  • Then at 7:00, the genius team who create the murder mystery LARP every year at RinCon will be presenting a second run of last year’s event, An Untimely End in the Enchanted Forest, complete with treats and a prize for the one who solves the mystery.  Click here to see the list of characters and reserve your spot.
