Registration for RinCon '08 Up until two weeks before the convention, you may pre-register online, mail in your registration form and payment, or purchase your tickets at a SAGA event for a reduced rate. Registration at the door is handled through the Tucson Convention Center box office. Pre-registration Pre-registration not only allows you to get in for a discounted price, but it also allows you to reserve a seat in our organized events, such as the RPGA events, Master Gamer Tracks, and the Chaos Challenge. Pre-registration will close two weeks before the convention. Note that the price of pre-registration changes two months before the event. All attendees that have pre-registered will pick up their ticket at the TCC box office. Bring this ticket to badge pickup inside the foyer, just past the box office. IMPORTANT: If you wish to send in a payment for multiple persons or pay for another person please contact us. RinCon will not be able to verify pre-registration for someone if payment is sent without notifying RinCon management or the submission of registration information. Pre-registration by PayPal Online pre-registration is handled through PayPal. Once you place your order, you may be contacted within 2-3 business days for your badge information. Pre-registration by mail If you prefer you can submit your pre-registration by mail. Your mail-in pre-registration must be received before the convention. To ensure that your registration form arrives before the convention, send in the form no later than October 14th. SAGA is not responsible for late, delayed, or missing mail-in pre-registration forms or payments. Download the Pre-Registration Form here. Download the pdf, fill out the form, and enclose your money order or check (payable to Southern Arizona Gamers Association (SAGA)) with the top portion of the form. Do not send cash. Mail the form and payment to: RinCon '08 Registration 8110 S. Houghton Road, Suite 158-146 Tucson, AZ 85747 You will be contacted by e-mail upon receipt of the form. Pre-registration at SAGA events You will have the opportunity to pre-register for RinCon '08 at scheduled SAGA events, such as the monthly Ides of Gaming event in Tucson. At a SAGA event, speak to the SAGA representative. Payments at SAGA events are by cash, check, or money order only, made out to Southern Arizona Gamers Association (SAGA). Onsite registration If you do not pre-register you can sign up at the Tucson Convention Center box office for full $35 price. Purchasing onsite includes various fees.
